‘Each failure is actually a success’ says Thea Alexander in his book AD 2150.

However, in the age of digital interaction consisting of platforms where we like to write about successes, we never talk about failures, we do not want to discover them.

On the other hand, we can quickly obtain the customer experiences and comments which are becoming more transparent day by day via a few internet searches. We decide to purchase and have an idea through consumer and client reviews. Imagine such a working environment that the employee of the corporate who makes a mistake would have an access to a digital internal communication platform he/she could write about his/her mistake in detail and would be praised and thanked by the corporate for writing about the mistake openly and in detail.

This mistake should be notified on the mobile phones of all the employees of the corporate 📱immediately and be sent to all in-house e-mail accounts 📧. Let everyone know what happens instantly. What is the probability of repeating the same mistake with the approach of keeping the record of the mistake and accepting the fact that the corporate is responsible for this mistake, not the individual?

You can watch institutions approaching mistakes in this way like a science fiction movie or, you can take action to make them a part of your corporate culture.

Are not many of the science fiction back in those days the facts of today?
